The brand mixes tradition with modern high quality tailoring. Paul Smith set out the brand value in 1970 as ‘classical with a twist’.
Every store is unique with eccentric items available to purchase alongside clothing.
Paul Smith is working to improve sustainability within their supply chain and products.
The consumers are usually fashion conscious and appreciate the brand values of authenticity.
The most successful companies spend 1.7x of the average marketing budget on live events, which sell a desired aesthetic and increase brand awareness through experiences.


The Idea:

Elevate originality by enhancing tradition with ethical and sustainable innovation.


Outcome:
A pop up store event inspired by Art Deco for S/S22.
An outdoor area with natural light, plants and quartz crystals generating a modern, calm and picturesque area, complementing the tailored collection and it’s historical influences.
Including Almax’s green recyclable polystyrene mannequin with over 80 percent reduced impact manufacturing and on the environment than a traditional mannequin, the sustainable option mirrors the innovation in Paul Smith’s environmental approaches.























Concept:

A lavish approach to sustainability, as the aesthetic depicts opulence for a new sustainable tailored collection by Paul Smith. Following the brand values of ‘classic with a twist’; maintaining quirky elements of the brand with the Artists Stripe and geometric patterns merged with a futuristic aesthetic of classical 1920’s tailoring
